Record and report all data to owner Fall and winter Inspection (prior to the heating season) shall include, but is not limited to the following:
- Check and clean or replace filters
- Check and adjust thermostat
- Check and adjust all safety controls
- Lubricate moving parts as applicable
- Check belts and adjust tension, if needed
- Check and/or replace filters

Bumble Bee Commercial Maintenance For Rooftop Units:
- 12 visits per year, which means monthly maintenance checks.
- The plan automatically renews until the customer cancels it.
- $55.00 per month for the maintenance plan.
- Customers get a 10% discount on other HVAC jobs.
Details of Service
- Monthly filter changes using 1 to 2-inch pleated filters.
Quarterly maintenance includes:
- Cleaning of condensation pumps and drain lines.
- Cleaning and inspection of the internal drain pan.
- Inspection of electrical components in the blower motor and air handler.
- Checking condenser electrical components.
- Semi-annual condenser coil cleaning.
