Mrs. Busy Bee is the BEST company! They're customer service is the best I've come across. Esther was fantastic at making sure that we were well taken care of. Hilda and Angel were amazing! Updated Review: Our introduction to Mrs Busy Bee was in a rental with a very old A/C unit and Hilda came after hours right away and saved the day with a smile. Her dedication to good customer service did not go unnoticed, so we kept her business card on hand from that point on.

Fast forward to the purchase of our own home. This house needed a completely new A/C unit. We communicated with Mrs Busy Bee again and they were quick to respond, just as before. This time they sent Angel and Eric. Those two gentlemen worked their buns off seeing that every detail was covered, while also being kind, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions we had. When there were unexpected challenges in the attic, they just worked through it and got the job done with terrific attitudes. They even cleaned up after themselves, including sweeping the floors! AND Mrs Busy Bee did not stray from the originally quoted price, regardless of the extra work and materials.

We thought Hilda was one in a million, but it turned out that Angel and Eric have the same dedication to doing the job right the first time with the same courtesy and kindness that they would offer to dear friends or family.

Me and my husband love Busy Bee. They are reasonably priced, provide excellent customer service and are always looking out for your best interest. They try to make what you want work and do their best to accommodate to your layout. Great experience. Very knowledgeable business. Able to help me with complex installations. Always available to answer my questions throughout the installs. Esther was amazing!!! She explained everything to me plus some concerns with my heater. Unfortunately I called my other AC company and they just gave me a run around but after contacting Mrs Busy Bee Air and they came right out I have a new company.
